Has anyone experienced the problem described below and found a fix?
The example provided at
http://cms.mpi.univie.ac.at/vasp/vasp/P ... ample.html
for the dimer method crashes after two steps, reporting
*** glibc detected *** : free(): invalid next size (fast): ...
But if I change IBRION from 44 to 1 in the suggested 4-line INCAR file, the calculation runs just fine and converges in 4 steps.
