How can I get REAL DIELECTRIC FUNCTION with frequency(E(ev)) by 0.01ev step?

Queries about input and output files, running specific calculations, etc.

frequency dependent REAL DIELECTRIC FUNCTION (independent particle, no local field effects) density-density
E(ev) X Y Z XY YZ ZX
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
0.000000 2.352785 2.352785 1.568380 -0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
0.095826 2.353063 2.353063 1.568425 -0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
0.191651 2.353898 2.353898 1.568561 -0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
0.287477 2.355294 2.355294 1.568788 -0.000000 0.000000 0.000000

In the OUTCAR file(as you see above), the first colomn is added by 0.095826ev. I want the added value is 0.01ev, how can I get by setting INCAR or by other methods?

You can set the frequency spacing indirectly with the maximum frequency considered OMEGAMAX and the number of frequency points set by NEDOS.
