I am running NEB jobs, which uses 3 or even more computer nodes. When I submit jobs through SGE, it will always wait there. The situation is like this: our computers are busy and others' jobs usually use 1 or 2 nodes. Every time there is 1 or 2 nodes free, SGE will assign these nodes to others because there are not enough nodes for my jobs.
Actually, our SGE system has been configured as "user-sort", meaning users who have no currently-running jobs will have the highest priorority. However, due to the fact that I request more nodes, it seems my jobs are not able to grab computers to run.
Does anyone know whether there is any way in SGE to sovle this kind of problems? What should I do other than to ask for some nodes reserved for me only? Thanks a lot.

Talk to your sysadmin.
If you're the sysadmin, read the SGE docs.
