a question for compiling 5.2

I can smoothly compile vasp5.2 with serial and parallel version using ifort11 and mkl library on Linux pc cluster.
But when run the parallel vasp, I meet this problem as :
forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred
