excited states
I want to calculate excited state energy, gradient and Hessian, I guess the TD-DFT approach has to be used. My understand is that the excited state is found from linear response TD-DFT with a time-dependent electric field.
Is it possible to do it using VASP?
Thanks,
Asaf
