#1 Post by kawai_918 » Sun Nov 20, 2005 1:47 pm

Hi Hi,
I have compiled vasp4.6.6 on my em64t platform (3.4G CPU and 2.0G memory) with OS Fedora core 4(64bit) , intel Fortran compiler 9.0 and intel mathkernal lib 8.0(cluster).
But when i run my test job, it seems that it only use up 1.0G memory.

top - 21:58:18 up 1 day, 4:28, 2 users, load average: 0.99, 0.88, 0.53
Tasks: 81 total, 3 running, 78 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
Cpu(s): 48.8% us, 1.3% sy, 0.0% ni, 49.9% id, 0.0% wa, 0.0% hi, 0.0% si
Mem: 2056704k total, 869100k used, 1187604k free, 67036k buffers
Swap: 10241428k total, 0k used, 10241428k free, 394724k cached

What's problem??
