I_CONSTRAINED_M=2
It is mentioned that the penalty energy decreases with increasing lambda for both I_CONSTRAINED_M=1, and 2 ,
however it appears form me that it is true for only I_CONSTRAINED_M=1 . For I_CONSTRAINED_M=2, penalty energy is directly proportional to lambda ..
Anybody can help?
