problem in parallel running of vasp

Hi all............
whwen I run the command in vasp parallel version it shows the error

mpirun -np 3 ./vasp.intel.band
running on 3 nodes

mpirun noticed that process rank 1 with PID 25990 on node puphyshpc.puchd.ac.in exited on signal 11 (Segmentation fault).
