How to simulate the existance of external electric field

Hi, Vaspers.

I am wondering that how to system under external electric field( static case). Some paper like
suggests to put two external uniform charge sheets above the system. Is that possible to do in vasp?? Any switch in INCAR to control this? Do I have to use IDIPOL and LDIPOL to correct ?

EFILED is used in INCAR. however i can not find it in the manual.
