Does Vasp 6.3.1 calculates intraband transitions contributions ?

Hello
I would like to ask if VASP at its latest version includes the intraband transitions in its frequency-dependent dielectric function. I know that VASP outputs the plasma frequency but I am not sure if the VASP calculated frequency-dependent dielectric function includes both intraband and interband informations.
