I tried to calculate DOS but I got the following ERROR:
ERROR: charge density could not be read from file CHGCAR for ICHARG>10
I used the following tags in INCAR file:
ISTART=0
ICHRAG=11
IBRION=-1
NSW=0
ISIF=2
could anyone help me out.

most probably, CHGCAR was either missing in your working directory or incomplete.
